Refund policy

At Lumia, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the policy below  

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, ring size), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The jewelry is unworn
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and the return shipping will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used jewelry
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
